Through ritual, astrology, and reflection, we create spaces that hold you as you return to the wholeness you already carry.

My own path into this work has been shaped by over 20 years of studying astrology and nearly nine years of spiritual practice. Along the way, I trained in restorative yoga at Kripalu, explored shamanic studies and Reiki, and became certified as a Mystic Astrologer through Rising Woman. I refer to what I do as energy work rather than healing, because I believe that healing is something we each do for ourselves. These practices simply open the container for that healing to unfold.

For much of my life, I believed I was “too much.” Astrology and energy work taught me otherwise. My chart reflects the truth that my sensitivity is not a flaw, but rather a part of my design. Knowing this has brought me greater ease, clarity, and trust in how I am meant to move through the world.

That is why Big Love Studio exists—for anyone who has ever felt too much, too tender, or too big for the world around them. I believe those who carry Big Love inside them—the helpers, the feelers, the creatives—are cosmically designed to be exactly who they are. When they reclaim their power and purpose, their love ripples outward in ways the world deeply needs.

One of my students once wrote to me: “You taught me how to love myself.” That is the heart of Big Love Studio. Not fixing or performing, but simply remembering that you are already whole.
