I purchased this smaller blanket to cover my lap or shoulders when I am sitting or reading. It is a great size. I recently took it ro a high school baseball game and it is was very warm and cozy. I bet it would also make a great picnic blanket. I love that I can just machine wash and dry and it comes out perfect!
